Large 8 GPU Tower Case: The Hydra VII has been designed with maximum GPU performance while maintaining a modest size. By strategically placing the motherboard behind the chassis, it allows you to vertically mount 8 reference cards in standalone configuration. Compared to the Hydra I case, the Hydra VII is taller in size.

Fully removable modular panels: Fully removable modular panels allow easy access to water-cooling and modding components as well.

Install up to 7 fans: Install up to 7 x 120mm high rpm server fans that blow hot air out of the case from bottom to top.

Leading versatility + Open air design: 3-in-1 chassis design for bold looking GPU high performance computing, PC gaming, and quick access test bench for enthusiasts who want to use this case and quickly swap GPU, CPU or MB.

Rear mounted motherboard: Extended distance from motherboard to cards for easy installation, and up to 85 mm of clearance for CPU coolers (flush position).

Dual power supply: Use two power supplies for improved power distribution and efficiency when just one is not enough for your cards.

The Hydra 7 is a custom made open air tower case for 8 GPU accelerated 3D modeling/rendering nodes and intense AI deep learning servers. You are able to iterate more often before finishing a project (i.e Octane, Redshift, V-RAY RT or Cinema 4Ds) and respond in real time to changes (i.e. risk modeling, pricing learning or scientific computing) using massive number of GPUs. The top GPU bar switches from 8 dual-slot to 6 triple-slot mounting pattern for wider spacing when only using 6 cards. This case supports eight graphics cards, one ATX/Micro-ATX motherboard, and two power supplies for better power distribution. If you want to use this case as a bench or test bed, it is great for that too with an open-air chassis design that lets you get in and swap cards easily. There are two aluminum handles on top so you can just grab and go. Thick industrial quality steel offers outstanding strength and durability to hold all your cards without flexing for safer storage and transport. The motherboard is mounted behind the case with 85 mm of clearance for CPU coolers. Extended distance from MoBo to GPU allows optimal placement of your cards. You can install 3 x 120mm fans at the bottom, 2 x 120mm fans on the left side panel, and 2 x 120mm fans on the right side panel. Modular pc case allows easy water-cooling and modding.

Compared to the Hydra I case, the Hydra VII is larger in size. Users with compact GPUs smaller than 11.5 inches should consider Hydra I instead.
