The Deep Silence 5 by Nanoxia is one massive, monolithic, and silent full tower for professional users. Not only does the large size afford ample room for anything you care to put in it, but this case also gives you exceptional sound isolation for better recordings, especially when doing voice over work with minimum noise leaks into the microphone. This case supports Extended ATX (i.e. ASUS X99 Sabertooth LGA 2011-V3) and SSI-EEB server motherboards (i.e. ASUS Z10PE-D8 WS or AsRock EP2C602-4L/D16). Please note some EEB/CEB motherboards do not use the same mounting holes as E-ATX motherboards and some mounting holes may not line up. You can fit one slim 280 mm radiator (max thickness 43 mm) at the top and one thick 240 mm radiator with push/pull at the front, and large CPU coolers (i.e. Noctua NH-U9DXi4 or Thermalright Venomous X RT Rev SB-E Heatsink). This case also supports a large number of case fans and HDD/SSD drives (for RAID or NAS). A maximum of 15 HDD/SSD is possible through the acquisition of additional drive cages and 5.25 inch to 3.5 adapters. With a lot of mass around the perimeter, decoupled drive mounts, and seriously dense soundproofing materials, this is our best computer case for a sensitive audio workstation at a recording facility. The included case fans are high-quality rifle bearing, pull in a lot of air and very quiet. The dust filters are easily accessible and the front fans even swing out to be cleaned without opening the case. On the back of the motherboard, there are plenty of cable management mounts, hooks and straps to help you route and hide cable paths. All the screws you need to assemble components, in this case, are inside a box with clearly labeled bags, and even includes two power extension cables to make sure the motherboard's EPS and ATX power lines can be reached without a problem. If you are not 100% satisfied with one of our products, you may return it within 45 days of purchase for a refund. All you have to do is contact us and we will provide you with a shipping label for you to send the return package - it's that easy! Please include your order number and the reason for your return. Allow up to 3 business days to receive your refund from the time we receive your package.

Please note that in some situations, buyers could be responsible for return shipping and any applicable restocking fees can be deducted from the refund. Returns that are out of policy may be refused or charged a restocking fee of 15% or more, depending on the condition of the returned item. An item that is damaged, missing parts, not in the original condition, have obvious signs of use for reasons not due to our error, or returned later than 30 days after an RMA number has been issued will not be accepted for return. We do not refund items purchased from other retailers or marketplace.
Items marked as "open box" are products that were purchased and delivered to other customers, and then returned to us. Due to the varying quality of items returned, we only guarantee that you will receive the item itself, accessories and original packaging may not be included. We test open box items for basic functionality only. Open box items may show visible blemish (i.e. scratch) or damage (i.e. dent) as a result of it having been previously used. Open box items are sold considerably under cost and are sold as is, with no refund/exchanges/replacements or warranty. Please purchase open box items only if you know how to deal with potential missing accessories, visible blemishes, and/or damages.
We occasionally allow pre-orders for an item before it gets in stock. Items marked as "pre-order" are available for immediate purchase, but will be shipped at a later date. The "Pre-order until" displayed on the product page indicates the estimated date we expect to begin custom manufacturing. You may cancel the pre-ordered items any time prior to the manufacturing date and get a refund. Since pre-ordered items are custom made in one batch to deliver the best value, there is no refund after the manufacturing date. Please purchase pre-order items only if you are committed to buying.
Store credit may be given instead of a refund when we are unable to reimburse you for returned items in the same way you paid for them. Store credit cannot be redeemed for cash. On the check out page, you can choose whether to use your available store credit instead of other payment.

We offer FREE shipping to all states and street addresses in the continental U.S. (excluding Hawaii, Alaska, and U.S. protectorates). We dispatch most orders within 24 hours during business days. All orders are subject to payment and order detail verification. In some cases, payment and order detail verification may extend processing time for as long as 3 days. Our order cutoff times are:
- Orders placed before 12:00 pm PST are dispatched the same business day.
- Orders placed after 12:00 pm PST are dispatched the following business days.
For example, if you place an order before cut-off time on Friday, your order will be processed and dispatched on Friday. But if you place an order after cut-off time on Friday, your order will be processed and dispatched on Monday. A package dispatched on Friday via One-Day shipping service would be expected for delivery on Monday. A package dispatched on Friday via One-Day with Saturday Delivery would be expected for delivery on Saturday.
The number of days displayed underneath each shipping service is an estimate of the expected transit time (not including the order processing time). If available, Saturday delivery will be specified during the checkout page. Otherwise, our shipping method time applies to business days only, not on weekends or holidays.
