Also included is a package of four 16/13 mm Hard Tubes or five 12/10mm Hard Tubes and the rubber core for them. Rounding off the set is a 1L bottle of our CoolForce No.1 UV Green Cooling Fluid.
Our CoolForce fittings are of the highest grade and offer outstanding quality. Sealing rings ensure that the fittings are permanently sealed. Using our fittings makes it very easy to lay out the tubes in your system.
The use of high-quality PETG gives our Hard Tubes a unique firmness, making them almost impossible to break. By employing a heat source, for example a heat gun, the tubes can be bent easily. We recommend using the CoolForce Rubber Core, which gives the Tubes the necessary stability in order to ensure a safe and accident-free bending.
Our CoolForce CF No.1 additives improve the performance and appearance of your water cooling and will protect your system in the future. You don’t need any additional additives. This product has been tested in leading water cooling solutions. The fluids are non-conductive, with corrosion protection added, and they prevent algae growth in your cooling system.

Return shipping is FREE for orders in the continental U.S.! We want to do everything we can to ensure great customer experience. If you are not 100% satisfied with one of our products, you may return it within 45 days of purchase for a refund. All you have to do is contact us and we will provide you with a shipping label for you to send the return package - it's that easy! Please include your order number and the reason for your return. Allow up to 3 business days to receive your refund from the time we receive your package.

Please note that in some situations, buyers could be responsible for return shipping and any applicable restocking fees can be deducted from the refund. Returns that are out of policy may be refused or charged a restocking fee of up to 25%. Item that is damaged, missing parts, not in the original condition, have obvious signs of use for reasons not due to our error, or returned later than 30 days after an RMA number has been issued will not be accepted for return. We do not refund items purchased from other retailers or marketplace.
Items marked as "open box" are products that were purchased and delivered to other customers, and then returned to Nanoxia. Due to the varying quality of items returned, Nanoxia only guarantees that you will receive the item itself, accessories and original packaging may not be included. Nanoxia tests open box items for basic functionality only. Open box items may show visible blemish (i.e. scratch) or damage (i.e. dent) as a result of it having been previously used. Open box items are sold considerably under cost, and are sold as is, with no refund/exchanges/replacements or warranty. Please purchase open box items only if you know how to deal with potential missing accessories, visible blemishes, and/or damages.
We occasionally allow pre-orders for an item before it gets in stock. Just look for the Pre-Order button where you normally see Add To Cart. Items marked as "pre-order" are available for immediate purchase, but will be shipped at a later date. An estimated shipping date is indicated on the product page. Whenever you pre-order an item, the price we charge will be the lowest price offered between the time you placed your order and the day item is shipped.
Store credit may be given instead of a refund when we are unable to reimburse you for returned items in the same way you paid for them. Store credit cannot be redeemed for cash. On the check out page, you can choose whether to use your available store credit instead of other payment.

We offer FREE shipping to all states and street addresses in the continental U.S. (excluding Hawaii, Alaska, and U.S. protectorates). We dispatch most orders within 24 hours during business days. All orders are subject to payment and order detail verification. In some cases, payment and order detail verification may extend processing time for as long as 3 days. Our order cutoff times are:
- Orders placed before 12:00 pm PST are dispatched the same business day.
- Orders placed after 12:00 pm PST are dispatched the following business days.
For example, if you place an order before cut-off time on Friday, your order will be processed and dispatched on Friday. But if you place an order after cut-off time on Friday, your order will be processed and dispatched on Monday. A package dispatched on Friday via One-Day shipping service would be expected for delivery on Monday. A package dispatched on Friday via One-Day with Saturday Delivery would be expected for delivery on Saturday.
The number of days displayed underneath each shipping service is an estimate of the expected transit time (not including the order processing time). If available, Saturday delivery will be specified during checkout page. Otherwise, our shipping method time applies to business days only, not weekends or holidays.

If the item you're ordering is out of stock or unavailable to ship immediately, the shipping method time starts when the item ships. We may ship products by ground or air; our shipping speeds don't correspond to any carrier-branded shipping services.
